Prior to purchasing one of these SR fixture sets, the purchaser is required to confirm that the location the SR fixtures are being shipped to has the minimum space required for the fixture configurations specified below.
If you do not meet these dimension requirements, please reach out to your Sprint Prepaid Group account representative.
PAINT COLOR REQUIREMENTSAll walls must be painted Sherman Williams Essential Grey before placing the fixtures against the wall.
FREIGHT DAMAGEIf damage claim is not made within 24 hours, Recon Distribution Inc. cannot facilitate the repair of any damages and will not refund or accept any returns. All sales are final. Recon Distribution will not accept any returns with the exception of fixtures that incurred freight damages that were reported within the time parameters outlined in this agreement.
MISSING ITEMSReport any missing items to 949-783-5271 or Installer@displayitinc.com within 24 hours of delivery of the fixtures. Claims made after the 24 hour period will not be honored.
DISPLAYIT WHITE GLOVE WARRANTY PROGRAMThe Displayit White Glove Warranty program is designed to ensure that you derive the maximum value from your retail store fixture program. The warranty begins the moment the displays leave Displayit, Inc. custody. The warranty is structured with varying durations of coverage duration for the various items that compose our displays. Below is a breakdown of the various coverage areas and terms:
To obtain warranty service, contact your account manager. Be prepared to supply the store location and contact info, as well as a description and photos of the defect. During the warranty period, for any covered defects, Displayit, Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item(s) at its own expense. Your account manager will provide a schedule for the repair within 24 hours of determining responsibility.
CANCELLATION POLICYAll fixture orders take 48 hours to process. Therefore, if a cancellation is absolutely necessary, purchasers must cancel within 48 hours of original order. Please see below for further cancellation policies and fees.
